Our Story

Hello, I'm Samantha, a passionate yogi who embarked on the transformative journey of yoga at the age of 19, starting with a 200-hour training at Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Norman, OK. Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. My commitment to continuous growth led me to pursue and complete my RYT-500 certification under the guidance of the renowned yoga author, Mark Stephens, earning the esteemed ERYT-500 status. Beyond the physical practice, I have a deep interest in Ayurveda and am dedicated to living out the principles of the 8 limb path of yoga. I embrace and appreciate all styles of yoga, recognizing the unique gifts each brings. For me, yoga is not just a practice on the mat; it's a way of life, a path that intertwines mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness into every aspect of my existence.
